Lyon County Republican Caucus – Precinct Meetings (Multiple Locations)

PRECINCT MEETING AND COUNTY CONVENTION ANNOUNCEMENTS: 

Per  NRCC  Standing  Rules  Chapter  50  adopted 11/18/21, each  county central  committee  shall  give  public  notice  of  the  meeting.  Notice  of the Precinct  Meetings  must  be  posted  with  a  good  faith  effort  to  inform  all registered  Republicans  in  the  county  of  the  meeting.  Posting  may  be placed  in  public  buildings,  businesses  and  stores,  on  physical  as  well  as electronic  message  boards,  on  the  County  and  State  Party  websites  and social  media,  in  newspapers,  in  radio  ads,  or  other  effective  means  for communication  to  Republicans  in  the  county.  If  you  are  dealing  with  one  of the  larger  media  outlets,  ask  about  the  legal  section  of  the  paper  to  reduce or  maybe  eliminate  costs. ▪  The notice  must  include: ●  Date,  Time,  Place  of  the  meeting.  A similar  notice  is  required  for  County  Conventions.
