Pursuant to § 47 of Roberts Rules of Order, members are hereby called to the Regular Meeting of the Clark County Republican Central Committee which will be called to order at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 12, 2019, in the Veil Room at the Silverton Casino Hotel, located at 3333 Blue Diamond Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89139. The doors will open for registration at 6:00 P.M.

The Preliminary Agenda is attached to this notice.

Members are urged to arrive as early as possible to register. Disabled persons will be accommodated at once; please come directly to the head of the line and someone will assist you.

The Silverton has a no weapons on property policy. This includes no weapons in vehicles in parking lots. Please do not bring backpacks or large bags into the meeting as they will not be allowed. Members will be asked to be in their seats by 7 p.m. so the meeting can start. We will discourage talking in the back of the room and ask that all conversations go outside during the meeting. Registration of late arrivals will be accommodated until 8:30 p.m.
