Obama Defense Secretaries Robert Gates and Leon Panetta accused President Barack Obama of micromanaging the military to the point of setting up direct lines of communication to combatant commanders.
Panetta criticized the Obama Administration for ruling out ground troops in the fight against the Islamic State saying “never tell your enemy what the hell you’re going to do.”
