AB 197 – Revising requirements concerning the provision of health care to a minor without the consent of his or her parents or legal guardian in certain circumstances; revising provisions requiring the State Registrar to provide certain certificates to a homeless person free of charge in certain circumstances. This bill makes it easier for minors to consent to medical procedures without parental or legal guardian consent.
