Stagnant Sisolak Fails to Act… Again

LAS VEGAS – Nevada Democrats have banded together to shield stagnant Steve Sisolak and his failure to act on our states’ budget crisis as the Assembly and Senate Democrats released a statement today stating a special session won’t happen until next month.

While the Democrat caucuses cite ongoing health concerns and the need to ensure public safety, they masked over the truth: Governor Sisolak has failed to prepare.

“Nevadans are fed up,” said Nevada Republican Party Executive Director Jessica Hanson. “Nevada’s budget is facing a shortfall of hundreds of millions of dollars, leaving our children and most vulnerable waiting for the state to act, yet Governor Sisolak has failed to show he is ready to take action and solve this problem.”
