Notice is hereby given of the regular meeting of the Storey County Republican Central Committee for the Second Quarter of 2021. The Central Committee will receive reports and conduct business as outlined in the draft agenda for said meeting, which will be sent to Central Committee Members and posted on our website and Facebook page shortly. Storey County Republicans are invited to attend, and all Central Committee members in good standing are invited to participate in any votes and conduct the business of the Committee.
PLEASE NOTE: We have several vacancies in our officer positions, due to resignations by current officers. As such, WE ARE OPENING NOMINATIONS for the following positions to complete the officer terms (Elections for new terms to be held Q1 2022):
OFFICER POSITION: CHAIRPERSON
OFFICER POSITION: VICE CHAIR
OFFICER POSITION: SECRETARY
PROCESS: We will accept nominations (including self-nominations) by email at storeygopnv@gmail.com until the meeting on May 3rd, or in person nominations at the meeting. If you are interested in serving in one of these positions, please feel free to contact us through same email or call Clay at 707-843-0895 to find out more about the duties of each office. We have received nominations for the positions of Chair and Vice Chair, but nominations will remain open. At the May 3rd Meeting, we will hear from the nominees/candidates and vote to fill these officer positions.
OTHER BUSINESS: We will also be discussing our outreach event on June 13, 2021 at Miner’s Park in VC, and will be further discussing election integrity efforts.

We also have openings for central committee members in many precincts – please contact us for info about what is involved and how to become a voting member of the Central Committee.
