MANDATORY $35/pp fee for dinner (with  tax & tip included.) 

Cash only. Exact change helpful. 

Doors open at 6 pm, Arrive by 6:30 for dinner. Meeting start at 7 pm.  

Drinks will be available for purchase at the bar. 

Dessert will also be available for purchase.  

We are no longer capacity limited, but venue needs attendee number for meal preparation. The venue will charge the Group for that number of meals. 

If you RSVP, plan to attend or you will be billed. 

RSVP is due no later than noon  Monday before the meeting. 

Cancellations must be by that date or you will be billed. 

No shows will be billed!  

Requests for vegetarian meal must also be made by that date.

* Still need Town Hall volunteers—several openings   

* Introduction of candidates & public officials 

* General announcements/events 

* Special Precinct organizing presentation (Iris Stone) 

* Reminder. Our Group does NOT endorse or donate

to candidates. In this regard, requests to sanction

members for conduct outside of the Group will NOT 

be honored. If someone engages in inappropriate behavior directly affecting the Group, then we’ll act.

LVCTG offer a forum where candidates & others can speak.
