AFTER HOURS OF PRESENTING THEIR CASE, ITS CLEAR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WEREN’T INTERESTED IN WHAT THE DEMOCRATS WERE SELLING ON IMPEACHMENT

• On Wednesday, 8.9 million T.V. viewers watched the first day Democrats made their case against the President .
  • Reuters reported that T.V. audience dropped 19% on the second day of impeachment.
• Additionally, the Economist/YouGov is reporting that President Trump’s approval rating has improved by 5 points since impeachment began.
  • Regardless of the Democrats charade, a recent Gallup poll shows that the majority of Americans want President Trump to remain in office.
• The media consistently covers impeachment even though people continue to show their disinterest with the subject.
  • Even House Manager Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) conceded that voters care more about baseball than impeachment .

THE HOUSE IMPEACHMENT MANAGERS DIDN’T HELP THEIR CASE THIS WEEK AS TENSIONS SPILLED OUT BETWEEN MANAGERS AND REP. JERRY NADLER ALIENATED MANY OF THE SENATORS WITH A LATE-NIGHT DIATRIBE

• For Democrat impeachment managers all wasn’t well this week as tension between Jerry Nadler and Adam Schiff spilled out into the open over how to handle the Democrats tenuous impeachment strategy.
  • Adding to the tension is Rep. Jerry Nadler who managed to alienate Republican and Democrat Senators by accusing them of participating in a cover up if they didn’t agree with his false impeachment scam.
  • Senate Democrat Whip Dick Durbin (D- IL) called Nadler’s Comments ” questionable ,” even agreeing that he understands why Republicans would be offended.
  • Sen. Bob Casey Jr. (D-PA) criticized Nadler indirectly saying its better to make an argument with witnesses, documents, and evidence .
  • Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT) called out the Representative saying he ” could have chose better words .”
  • Nadler’s comments were found so bizarre that Sen. Susan Collins wrote a note to Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts concerning the exchange.

AFTER THE IMPEACHMENT MANAGERS’ PRESENTATION, CONFIDENCE AMONG SENATE DEMOCRATS IS PLUMMETING

• Senate Democrats are quickly losing faith .
  • Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) said that Democrats are not feeling optimistic about possible swing votes in the Republican party.
  • Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) said he wanted to be hopeful that more documents and witnesses would be voted on, but now he doesn’t see it.
  • Sen. Patrick Leahy (D- VT) said he doesn’t think there will be any swing votes from the Republican party.

PRESIDENT TRUMP’S LEGAL TEAM AND REPUBLICANS HAVE MADE IT OVERWHELMINGLY CLEAR THERE IS NO CASE FOR IMPEACHMENT

• Deputy White House Counsel Mike Purpura : “The key facts are undisputed…there was no quid pro quo for anything.”
• Counsel Sekulow: Impeachment witnesses have agreed that America’s Ukraine policy got ” stronger ” under President Trump.
• Rep. Elise Stefanik: The Democrats case is ” so flimsy that they’re scrambling at this point.”
• Rep. Jim Jordan : The “facts will never change no matter how long Jerry Nadler and Adam Schiff talk.”
• Fox News’s Chris Wallace criticized Adam Schiff stating that he “completely misrepresented” the truth.
• Former House Intelligence Chairman Mike Rogers (R-AL): Democrats’ case was “disjointed” and filled with “flowery language that isn’t evidence.”

REMEMBER, WE’VE HEARD FROM ALL THE WITNESSES; THEY’VE MADE IT EXPLICITLY CLEAR THERE WAS NO QUID PRO QUO UNDERMINING THE CRUX OF THE DEMOCRATS ARGUMENT AGAINST THE PRESIDENT

• Witness Tim Morrison said nothing concerned him about the July 25^th phone call.
• Witness Gordon Sondland said the President never told him about preconditions for anything.
• Sondland explained how ” no one on this planet ” told him that Ukraine aid was tied to investigations.
• Witness David Hale testified that he had no knowledge of strings attached to the Ukraine aid.
• Hale said he was not aware of any connection between the Ukraine aid and investigations .
• On multiple occasions , Former Ambassador Yovanovitch emphasized she had no firsthand information relating to the whistleblower complaint or the events surrounding the actual impeachment inquiry.
• U.S. Envoy Kirk Volker said he received no “indication whatsoever or anything that resembled a quid pro quo” and that he was never involved in anything “considered to be bribery.”
• Director for European Affairs on the National Security Council Alexander Vindman testified that he cannot remember any Ukrainian ever mentioning any pressure to do investigations.

THE DEMOCRATS’ IMPEACHMENT MANAGERS WERE A WHO’S WHO OF THE MOST PARTISAN POLITICIANS PELOSI HAS TO OFFER

• Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee Rep. Adam Schiff is a notorious partisan who was titled the ” face of the Democratic resistance ” due to his opposition to the President.
  • Schiff has used investigations into President Trump to bolster his profile: Since January 2017, Schiff has done at least 465 interviews on cable news with a total nearly 56 hours on television.
• Rep. Jerry Nadler has called President Trump a “fascist” and “the greatest threat to our democracy” since the Civil War.
  • Back in 2017 The New York Times reported that Nadler (D-NY) had a bold pitch to take over the top Democratic spot on the House Judiciary Committee in an effort to lead impeachment proceedings against President Trump.
• Rep. Hakeem Jeffries has floated the idea of using the 25th amendment to remove the President from office, called for “patriots” to rise up against the President, and called the President the biggest threat to our democracy since Nixon.
• Rep. Zoe Lofgren has regularly accused the President of having dual loyalties to Russia .
• Rep. Jason Crow is an outspoken partisan who has called the President ” utter filth ” and racist.
• Rep. Val Demings has called the President deplorable and called the quick impeachment of the President a great “Christmas gift .”
• Rep. Sylvia Garcia has said she’s been in favor of impeaching the President since before the summer , a period well before the events surrounding the current inquiry.
