DESCRIPTION:Join RNC Faith Engagment Director Mike Mears at the Shirat Shalom\, Faith\, Politics and voting your Values Event on Nov. 15th. \nMike Mears came to the RNC as the first ever Director of Strategic Partnerships in 2013. He was tasked with bridging the gap between the GOP and conservative groups in the wake of the 2012 election\, he built and managed relationships that brought conservatives back to the GOP. In 2018\, Mike took on the Faith Engagement Department\, and oversees all Evangelical\, Catholic\, and Jewish engagement in 28 states. faith engagement efforts in 28 states. Mike is responsible for increasing the GOP’s profile in faith communities and mobilizing people of faith to support Republicans. Before joining the RNC\, Mike spent 20 plus years working for organizations such as Family Research Council Action\, Concerned Women PAC\, Susan B. Anthony List\, and other conservative groups. Mike and his wife Steffani are members of Burke Community Church in Burke Virginia where he is a passionate participant of the Church shuttle bus ministry.
