DESCRIPTION:Las Vegas Conservative Town Hall Group Agenda\n\nNext Meeting: Wednesday\, September 8\, 2021\, 7 pm – 8:30 pm \nNEW LOCATION: Ahern\,  300 W Sahara\,  Las Vegas NV 89102 \nRSVP Required \n  \nMANDATORY $35/pp fee for dinner (with  tax & tip included.)  \nCash only. Exact change helpful.  \nDoors open at 6 pm\, Arrive by 6:30 for dinner. Meeting start at 7 pm.   \nDrinks will be available for purchase at the bar.  \nDessert will also be available for purchase.   \nWe are no longer capacity limited\, but venue needs attendee number for meal preparation. The venue will charge the Group for that number of meals.  \nIf you RSVP\, plan to attend or you will be billed.  \nRSVP is due no later than noon  Monday before the meeting.  \nCancellations must be by that date or you will be billed.  \nNo shows will be billed!   \nRequests for vegetarian meal must also be made by that date.   \nBUSINESS MATTERS:  \n* Update on Charlie’s Lakeside venue    \n* Should speakers ONLY be conservatives?  \n* Who would you like to hear from in the future?  \n* No Shows will be billed! Group has to pay venue.  \n* Still need Town Hall volunteers—several openings    \n* Introduction of candidates & public officials  \n* General announcements/events  \n* Special Precinct organizing presentation (Iris Stone)  \n* Reminder. Our Group does NOT endorse or donate \nto candidates. In this regard\, requests to sanction \nmembers for conduct outside of the Group will NOT  \n  \nbe honored. If someone engages in inappropriate behavior directly affecting the Group\, then we’ll act. \n  \nLVCTG offer a forum where candidates & others can speak.  \nWe invite you to join us at a meeting and  become better informed about our community\, city and state.  \nQ & A is encouraged. Civility is required.
