DESCRIPTION:NOTICE TO ALL VOTERS REGISTERED AS REPUBLICANS IN DOUGLAS COUNTY\, NEVADA\n ​Nevada state law requires each major political party\, NRS 293.135\, in every year during which a general election is held\, to have a precinct meeting held for each precinct. Douglas County has 41 precincts. All persons registered in the party and residing in the precinct are entitled and welcome to attend the precinct meeting. Photo I.D. required. Delegates to your party’s county convention will be elected at the meeting by those in attendance. Policy planks for the county platform will be recorded. Set forth below are the tentative time and place at which your precinct meeting will be held\, together with the number of delegates to be elected from each precinct. If you wish to participate in the organization of your party for the coming 2 years\, attend your precinct meeting. ​\n​\nThe precinct meetings are conducted by the Douglas County Republican Central Committee\, not the county or state\, so the location of the meetings may not be where you normally vote\, please check below. You also need to be registered in the precinct of the meeting you are attending. Check your voter registration here for your precinct number\, if you need to make changes you can register to vote on line here.
