DESCRIPTION:Don Webb is Senior Vice President of the Raiders and Chief Operating Officer of LV Stadium Events Company (“StadCo”). Mr. Webb oversees the entitlement\, design\, construction\, and commissioning of Allegiant Stadium as well as the Raiders’ new Training Center in Henderson\, NV\, the team’s remote parking facilities and other Raiders-related real estate activities in Las Vegas. \nWebb’s affiliation with the Raiders began in 1987 by negotiating the team’s Los Angeles Coliseum lease when he was Executive Vice President of SMG\, an international sports and entertainment venue management company which he co-founded. \nHis career in the development and operation of large projects began in 1974 as Project Manager for an environmental engineering firm and eventually included becoming an officer in a regional hotel/resort development company as well as an officer overseeing the national operations of a major sports venue food service concessionaire. \nIn 1993\, Webb founded Cordell Corporation\, which managed the restoration of the Los Angeles Coliseum following the Northridge earthquake and later oversaw the expansion of the Oakland Coliseum when the Raiders moved to Oakland. In 2016\, Webb sold Cordell Corporation\, which is currently overseeing the expansion of the Las Vegas Convention Center\, in order to become solely focused on the development of Allegiant Stadium and other Raiders projects.
